Meet The Owner

Franklin R. Williams, Jr. is a seasoned, professional driver with over 30 years of experience driving for Greyhound, limousine services, and operating his own taxi company in the Petersburg and Greater Richmond metro area. Frank is also a certified boat operator. He takes pride in providing courteous, clean, and on-time service to his community, family and friends.

In 2021,

Frank created The Black Car Va to bridge his professional driver experience, commitment to service and passion for exploring new places from Richmond city and beyond.

01 What do you like to do in your free time?

I enjoy working out at the YMCA, going to the beach, finding new restaurants to eat at, music festivals, and spending time with my two daughters.

02 Where are your favorite places to visit in Virginia?

My favorite places to visit are Virginia Beach, Buckroe Beach and The National Harbor.

03 What type of music do you like to listen to when you drive?

I like old school R&B, jazz, reggae and southern soul music.

04 What do you enjoy most about driving?

I enjoy going to different places, seeing different things and enjoying the experience whether it is by myself or with others.
