It is cost-effective, no wait time, and reliable.

COVID-19 Notice

Need a safer alternative to public transportation or waiting on an Uber or Lyft? Our vehicles are disinfected and sterilized after every trip. Our personalized service is your best way to travel to keep you healthy and safe between destinations.

Due to Covid-19, the driver will wear a mask at all times. Masks are encouraged, yet not required for guests during their car service.


How do I make reservations?

Reservations can be made my clicking our Book Now button. Reservations within 24 hours may be made by contacting us directly at theblackcarva@gmail.com. You will receive an email when your reservation is confirmed.

When booking, you will have the option to log in / create an account so that your information is saved for the next time you use The Black Car VA.


What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card.


How can I modify my reservation?

If the reservation is outside of 24 hours, please use the online booking system. If you logged in / created an account, you will be able to modify your reservation from there.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of booking your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of your trip, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.


If I’m unable to locate my chauffeur, where should I call?

Should I leave a tip?

Gratuity is included in the cost. Tips are always appreciated via cash, Venmo: @theblackcarva or through our booking process.


How do I request a trip receipt?

If the reservation was completed over the phone, please contact us to request a receipt.


How long will it take to receive my trip receipt?

After the trip is completed, you will receive an electronic receipt to the email that was used to complete the reservation at booking.
